The following people are prohibited from purchasing a PCYC Big Change Raffle ticket: Board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff at PCYC and their immediate family members residing at the same address and employees associated with the raffle draw.
1st EARLY BIRD DRAW – Friday, 16 April 2021
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 14 April 2021 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw.
If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize Draw will be completed on Friday, 16 April 2021.
If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 14 April 2021 then all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 16 April 2021.
2nd EARLY BIRD DRAW – Friday,21 May 2021
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 19 May 2021 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw.
If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize Draw will be completed on Friday, 21 May 2021.
If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 19 May 2021 then all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 21 May 2021.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW – Friday, 25 June 2021
The 1st & 2nd Early Bird Prize winning tickets will be returned to the draw. This approach is approved by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.
All winners will be notified by telephone and in writing, shortly after the prize draws have been completed. The winning ticket numbers will also be published on our website on Saturday 6 March 2021.
If you are a current member of the PCYC Big Change Club and you have purchased a ticket in the current PCYC Big Change Raffle, you will have a chance to win $500 cash. You can join and find more details at PCYC Big Change Club
Winners of all prizes will liaise directly with PCYC.
PCYC is working hard to generate donations from individuals and organisations. PCYC currently negotiates on the price of prizes and in many cases a generous discount is applied to support our worthy not-for-profit organisation. If you have requested your ticket to be delivered by Australia Post you will receive your tickets in the post within 10 working days of completing your purchase and making payment.
You will receive your ticket via email at the end of your online ticket purchase. For purchases over the phone you will receive your ticket purchase confirmation via email within 2 business days.

Yes. The Raffle Permit is issued by the Department of Racing, Gaming & Liquor and the permit holder is David van Ooran.
All proceeds from the PCYC Big Change Raffle supports disadvantaged children and young people at risk in Western Australia.
PCYC works with the Western Australia Police Force and the community to empower young people to reach their potential. PCYC operates in 21 locations, with 13 regional and seven metropolitan Centres, one camp facility and numerous Blue Light Youth Activities and Police Ranger Units across WA. PCYC provides recreational activities, diversionary programs and alternate education and training opportunities to keep children and young people active and engaged so that they can reach their potential and stay on a positive life path.
