PCYC Big Change Club Terms and Conditions

PCYC conducts the PCYC Big Change Raffle 3 times per year.

As a PCYC Big Change Club member:

  • Your nominated amount of ticket(s) will be repeated every month, until further notice.
  • You are guaranteed your nominated amount of ticket(s).
  • You can amend the number of nominated tickets for the PCYC Big Change Raffle by contacting us on 1300 265 162 or raffles@pcycbigchange.com.au
  • Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected and cannot be pre-selected.
  • You authorise PCYC to automatically debit your nominated credit card each month for the number of tickets specified when registering, until further notice.
    • Once the payment from your nominated credit card is successful, ticket(s) will be emailed through to your email address. If you do not have an email address, we will post out your ticket(s) out to you.
    • Your ticket(s) may not be eligible for all prize draws and the terms and conditions of the current PCYC Big Change Raffle apply.
    • If the payment is declined, due to insufficient funds, expired credit card, a transaction dispute, then PCYC will not be able to guarantee you a ticket(s) in the ongoing and/or forthcoming PCYC Big Change Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact us and provide an alternative payment method.
  • You must be over 18 and must not purchase a ticket for, or in the name of a minor.
  • If you need to update your contact details or payment method, please contact us on 1300 265 162 or email raffles@pcycbigchange.com.au
  • You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us on 1300 265 162 or by emailing raffles@pcycbigchange.com.au
  • The terms and conditions of the PCYC Big Change Raffle apply.
  • Requests for raffle ticket refunds for the PCYC Big Change Raffle must be completed prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. The records held by PCYC shall be deemed correct and final. Please telephone 1300 265 162 for any corrections.


PCYC Big Change Club Competition - Terms and Conditions

The name of this promotion is the “PCYC Big Change Club P31 Members Only Competition”.

Entry is open to people over the age of 18.

Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.

By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1st Close: Midnight, Thursday 12 November 2020

1st Draw: Wednesday 18 November 2020

2nd Close: Midnight, Monday 14 December 2020

2nd Draw: Friday 18 December 2020

3rd Close: Midnight, Tuesday 12 January 2021

3rd Draw: Friday 15 January 2021

4th Close: Midnight, Friday 12 February 2021

4th Draw: Friday 5 March 2021

There is a total of 4 draws, entries will be accepted until the close date for each draw.

Entries will be made via this method:

  • A PCYC Big Change Club membership is required &
  • The supporter must have purchased a ticket in the current raffle.

The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerized random number generator.

Winning tickets will also be eligible to be entered into the next draw.

There is a total of 1 prize on offer per draw, $500 in cash.

The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of PCYC after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided, and remains uncontactable for 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.

The winner(s) name will be announced on the PCYC Big Change Raffle official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.

If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited under the clause above, PCYC reserves the right not to draw another winner.

It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes.

By participating in this promotion, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.

Managers of PCYC, their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

PCYC and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify PCYC against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).

The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of PCYC.
